ABSTRACT
Objective To compare the differences of salivary alpha(α) amylase (sAA) activity and its activity ratio from the sali‐va before and after citric acid stimulation and approach the correlations among sAA activity determined by the methods of iodine‐starch ,Bernfeld and EPS‐G7 velocity respectively .Methods Ten saliva samples were collected from five healthy volunteers before and after citric acid stimulation .Their activities were determined three times by the three methods ,and the variation coefficient (CV) of sAA activity and activity ratio were calculated .Moreover ,correlation among sAA activities determined by the three meth‐ods were analyzed .Results The significant differences (P 0 .05) in sAA activities ratio and its CV ;Significant correlation was found between sAA activity determined by random two of three methods(P < 0 .05) ,and their correlation coefficients were above 0 .96 .Conclusion The sAA activity data determined by three methods could be transformed each other by regression equation ,and determined precision by the method of EPS‐G7 velocity is highest ,and data processing method of sAA activity ratio could decrease differences among CV from three methods .

Objective To compare the curative effect of perindopril and metoprolol in the treatment of diabetic patients with asymptomatic cardiac insufficiency.Methods According to the method of random numbers, 152 diabetic patients with asymptomatic cardiac insufficiency were divided into the observation group and control group,with 76 cases in each group.The observation group was given with perindopril treatment,while control group was given with metoprolol treatment.The cardiac function index,glycosylated hemoglobin,BNP levels,the incidence of cardiac insufficiency and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions before and after treatment were compared.Results There were no significant differences in LVEF,Tei index and E/A between two groups before treatment (all P >0.05 ).Compared with before treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(t=5.96,4.83,4.91,10.22,5.68,5.18,all P0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The BNP levels of the observation group before and after the treatment were (515.43 ± 58.85)pg/mL and (214.43 ±32.42)pg/mL respectively,of which the control group were (513.94 ±59.11)pg/mL and (263.32 ±43.31)pg/mL respectively,and after treatment,the BNP levels of the two groups were significantly decreased(t=23.45,17.68,all P0.05).Conclusion Using perindopril in treatment of diabetic patients with asymptomatic heart function can obviously improve cardiac function,reduce the incidence of BNP and cardiac insuffi-ciency.It has the clinical curative effect and high safety.

Along with the appearance and clinical use of rhEPO,a new approach has improved the treatment to tumor associated annemia. At present the clinical research confirmed the security and effectiveness of treating tumor related anaemia,but the effect of rhEPO Was not awgre of the generation of tumor cells.It effecls the treatable value of rhEPO on tumor related anaemia.So the effect of rhEPO on tumor associated anaemia has received great attention.

Objective To detect the expression of EPOR in ovarian epithelial tumor. Study the biologic effect of rHuEPO to ovarian epithelial tumor cell H08910. Methods RT-PCR analyses were used to detect the expression of EPOR in ovarian epithelial tumor cell, FCM assay was used to detect rHuEPOs effect to ovarian epithelial tumor cell proliferation and inhibition ratio. Results There is EPOR expressions in ovarian epithelial tumor cell. rHuEPO could reduce ovarian epithelial tumor cell expressions (P <0.01). Conclusion The lower expression of EPOR was observed in ovarian epithelial tumor cell. Use rHuEPO couldn't promote the cancer's progression and bring negative effect in clinical practice. Further clinical research is required to prove it.

OBJECTIVE:To standardize the operation of monitoring work of the adverse drug reaction in our hospital.METHODS:Based on the newly revised reporting and monitoring administration measures on adverse drug reaction,a detailed specification on a series of operations such as the finding,collection,analyzing,evaluation,feedback,sorting and quantization check of the drug adverse reaction(ADR)and the organization of the drug adverse reaction monitoring in our hospital was formulated.RESULTS:ADR reporting cases increased year by year in our hospital after the specification was formulated.CONCLUSION:This specification is feasible in operation,which can be put into practice well.
